1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of 2G-Circuit gift certificates on the website 2gcircuit.com.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below.

2. Gift Certificate

A 2G-Circuit gift certificate is a document granting the right to receive track services (karting sessions) for the amount or number of sessions specified in the certificate.

After successful payment, the certificate is sent to the buyer using the contact details provided. The certificate must be presented upon visiting the track for activation.

3. Payment

Payment for certificates is carried out online via the WayForPay payment service using a bank card (Visa, Mastercard). All transactions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption.

Payment is considered complete upon receipt of confirmation from the payment service. In case of a payment failure, funds are not debited.

4. Validity Period

The validity period of the certificate is specified on its purchase page and sent to the buyer together with the certificate. Upon expiration of the validity period, the certificate becomes invalid and non-refundable.

5. Terms of Use

The certificate may be transferred or gifted to any other person.
The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash or other certificates.
Partial use of the certificate is allowed — the remaining balance is preserved until the expiration date.
To activate, the certificate must be presented at the track reception desk.

6. Liability of the Parties

2G-Circuit undertakes to ensure the possibility of using the certificate throughout its validity period during normal track operating hours.

The buyer is responsible for keeping the certificate safe. 2G-Circuit is not liable for the loss of the certificate due to buyer negligence.
